6 months of suspension later with shareholders funds tied up...we now have a new deal worth approx 1/10 of the original scheme.

Now we find out (in the fine print) via a prospectus that Banks & Galea are having a disagreement over Muchea...along with the rest of the corporate entity shenanigans over ownership. Court proceedings probable.

Now existing shareholders can buy 2000 shares before the 3rd of August...LOL...along with no details on how to pay.

Whats next...?...shareholders find out in the future (if the deal goes ahead) that the supposed glass grade sand at Muchea is construction sand or clean fill at best????

This is not correct.

The Prospectus covers the tranche1 shares -Tranche 1 Shares – 10,000,000 Ventnor Shares at a deemed issue price of $0.06 each to be issued on the transfer of the Tenement to Wisecat at completion.
