    On the face of it, this has to be the most confusing, costly and potentially damaging way of raising $45k I have ever seen. Maybe I have it wrong (wouldn't be hard) but to me it looks like we owe the "consultant" $15k and are spending $10k to raise $35k.
    I must have it wrong. Can someone explain this?? It looks like Ashley revisited and I can't afford that, not again.
