5.5 for those wondering:
Subject to receipt of prior Shareholder approval at the General Meeting, it isproposed that Mr Shrama will participate in the Placement for up to $50,000, MrMoalem will participate in the Placement for up to $200,000 and Mr Pariente’sspouse, Ms Maya Glickman-Pariente, will participate in the Placement for up to$50,000. None of the persons listed above will take part in the Priority Offer.
