There's no guarantee this will list ever again Rick. That's the cold hard truth. Matthew Walker is a farmer, and he's put us deep in ^&*%. He has not produced one successful company that I can see, so where his skills are? He's par for course for most blokes who inherit wealth IMO.

They took an explorer with millions, suspended it, and spent the money on their "services," which simply reconstructed us and printed a Prospectus. They've been shaking the tin on these for ages now. It's Imbecilic.

PERTH ASX has been criminally negligent too. They claim to have shareholders best interests at heart, but they've destroyed tens of millions of dollars mum and dad dollars in the name of Chapter One and Two which appears wildly different from other Exchanges requirements around Australia.

If they can complete the raise, it won't be because of us. Walker either has the competence to do this or not. I've judged him on the track record.
