The Company is conducting the Additional Option Offer with the objective of honouring the obligations of theCompany contained in the prospectus dated 12 April 2019 in which the Company agreed it would offer oneAdditional Option for every Bonus Option exercised prior to the Bonus Option Expiry Date. The Company isoffering the Additional Options to Eligible Optionholders under this Prospectus to ensure any Shares issuedfollowing the exercise of the Additional Options are able to be traded freely on the ASX.
