It doesn’t specifically say annual general meeting, just general meeting. If it’s not, sorry for any confusion.
it is just the closest ‘meeting’ that shareholders could potentially have a voice, in absence of a specifically titled annual general meeting and in absence of any other mechanisms to communicate directly to JAT (I.e. email replies, website etc etc)
