Well we went into a deal with a company that was already flagged for insolvency only for that company to go into insolvency 6 months into the deal. We are still paying for this. We apparently have a company that is generating 90% of our revenue at a 1% profit after 11 months from the date of acquisition. Our P&L shows 90% COS work it out.

Our shares rose by 210 million in the last year. In 2 years the number of shares on the registry went from 219,000,000 to 798,000,000. Lets see if we can crack the billion mark this year.
