Still too early to pop the cork but worth saying congratulations to the rebirth - especially the long suffering shareholders.

Just a bit of pedantry I added up 78.73 with interest of 5% or more, add in the directors and other related parties and suspect minimum spread requirements are yet to be met. Rule book says - " You do not need to have the required spread or free float before the listing application is made. The approval for listing is granted subject to the company meeting the shareholder spread requirement through the offer of shares associated with the listing application." Not quite sure how the $1K at list achieves this but I am confident it will have been covered already.
