@Rick Ok, but it is making this a real pain as you are not issued with a hin number, I just got an email from IG asking if I wish to participate, I just had to reply stating what I wanted and have to make sure the money is in the account in time and keep my fingers crossed. Waiting for a confirmation of my request. From what I can tell, you never actually own the shares, IG are a custodian of the shares and technically they are issued to them.
I have played with the playmoney version of the CFD's and turned 1K into 14k so far.
