If you haven't registered an account on the computershare site i.e. set up a login given them your HIN etc. then they wouldn't know you exist, and that's why you haven't got an email from the company because the share registry handles that.
so set up your computer share account. takes all of 5 minutes.
go to 'Log in to investor centre' then 'Not a member? Register now'
