Every time they issue more shares of options, this company gets further and further away from ever being able to justify their current market cap on an EPS basis, and hence the greater the risk that the SP just suddenly collapses. IMHO.
This whole thing is just a vehicle to make the board rich at the expense of retail investors (IMHO).
