The Acquisition date of 19/02 is from the Prospectus. That was for when the closing date of the Public Offer was 12/12. Someone mentioned yesterday that the Offer is already closed.
The Update - Consolidation/Split - VPC announcement came out after the Prospectus and notes Trading to start on a normal T+2 basis on Thursday February 11.
