Good for JH and his selected investors.... they will load up cheap shares in the hope they can make a buck in the next pump & dump.I can't find anything that shows he is selling though. Looking at Market index he has only purchased shares in from 2018 onwards. https://www.marketindex.com.au/asx/ypb (scroll down to Director Transactions and click expand) The other day he purchased (exercised options) $750,000 worth at $0.002 .
Bad for our us retail investors who keep on getting diluted and screwed.
John Houston does not care about his other shareholders. He just issues more shares to himself and the person ultimately responsible for the current state of YPB never gets diluted......
Looks like he awards himself shares say at 0.02, sells them at 0.03..... rinse and repeat........disgusting!
Why can’t he get YPB to become a leader in anti counterfeit technology.... he has only been promising this for 5 years plus. All he has achieved to date is losing millions of dollars and destroying his reputation (IMO).
I can't find anything that shows he is selling though. Looking...
