So by Thursday next week we must see the funding announcement and requoting notice. Or we see the windup announcement on Friday. So Friday it is finally dead.

I have to say I’m surprised. I thought they would get cash from the creditors wo would pay themselves back even if it won’t requote, and then they would wind it up to claim the capital loss on top. Transparently crooked, of course, and perhaps too brazen for whomever to approve.. Or we still have two trading days for shenanigans so maybe.
