Things that raised some concerns for me and I would love for someone to dispel my fears if they think they are unfounded:
- The whole Appstablishment merger. Appstab had no Google reviews except from Adrian Floate. Even Joe the lawn mower has more traction on Google. They also had no website etc but are apparently worth $xxx. Something not right to me. Plus his mum benefitting out of it.
- The questions from the ASX regarding the merger. I feel like they even felt something was off.
- The history of the company is fairly murky.
