what is interesting is that existing shareholders do not seem get a mention anywhere - public offer for 100m shares - no discount, no special SPP or rights - just piss off and go into the public pool to get your shares if your interested - is this correct or have i not read far enough to see if the existing shareholders get any kinda of consideration
