I briefly skimmed the more than 120 pages.
But I find it inappropriate that TS earns 400,000 a year as second director of an explorer that is going through hard times and lives only from the money (issuing new shares) of the shareholders. Funny that the first director Donnelly only gets 120.000.
..... mind you, TS was actually getting 700,000 a year until 2019.
There is a slight taste that Donnelly is just a puppet.
