It’s not a joke or funny, unfortunately.
I am sure the new guy can / will explain the purpose of the reinstatement prospectus. If not, I will.
They normally have a different name but the purpose is the same.
And I don’t believe in coincidences.
I have had shepherds justify these type of prospectuses as “don’t worry about it, it’s just a required formality” When in reality it does a lot more than just being a formality.
