    Market cap is the number of outstanding shares multiplied by the current share price. There is no money held anywhere.

    If the share price halves, then the market cap would also halve.

    After the demerger:

    When/if ISX trades again, then the market will decide how much it is worth.

    When/if ISXFEU is listed overseas, then the market will decide how much it is worth.
