    I love how because the company has provided no details on the ACTUAL exchange the company with list on, if it ever does list anywhere, you guys are now imagining the listing exchange for ISX EU.

    The only thing this demerger does for sure is effectively transfer the perf shares to a new entitiy and pay the CEO EUR 300k per year.

    The same CEO ASIC wants to ban for allegedly ripping shareholders off, and the same CEO the ATO has prevented from leaving the country due to a massive tax debt.
