Also, I have been speaking to my accountant I am almost certain there will be a tax write off. I believe the way the deal has been structured is that everyone that bought in above 5c gets a tax loss AND keeps ISXAU and gets ISXFEU shares. So if ISXAU is valued at 1c and ISXFEU at 5c per share, you technically can take a tax loss on anything above, minus the 1c for ISXAU. Shareholders will keep all the upside for the IPO of ISXFEU and whatever they end up doing with ISXAU.

I suggest you all run it past your accountant for confirmation, I am getting confirmation from a few to be sure.
