AF just got 9.21% sub holding. I hoped he had 10% as a blocking stake in case of a hostile t/o. But all management together should exceed that 10% - " Poison - Pill " stake. Otherwise we need about 30m shares / votes to help him out. I got 2m heads but my oppies won't count unless converted.
