So now they need to issue some options to get the whole batch listed, its the reason now they are putting this prospectus out, to get the options listed and only issuing another 10k new options. I suspect some of the peaks clients that participated in the cap raise were asking peak where the free options were, and them being unlisted caused a bit of a gray area, so they got pressure to get them listed, maybe some of the participants wants to sell theirs.

They are only going to be excercised if ECS is over 8, so no real concern about them being traded, doesnt affect the SP, will just give believers another tool to play with, might be able to get some good moves on the options at times, usually they move better on news than the heads.

Another stuff-up? I never considered that.

Actually I doubt it as it's taken too long to be corrected if you're right. But, maybe. (IMO Peak would have been onto this months ago if that were the case)

I'm going to stick to my thought that Peak miss-read the opportunity and are trying to get back into the black on the deal, and AK wants to keep them happy as he's burned his reputation a couple times over now, and wants to keep Peak up his sleeve (for any future CR ... imagine the discount required if so!)

But I really shouldn't speculate as I'm so wary of ECS now. A T20 update would be interesting.
