The prospectus looks interesting on this company and I doubt any of those holders will be selling at these levels in my opinion.
Quick Summary
The raise was @ 20 cents.Substantial shareholders holding 62.64% of the registry.They have "3" projects in Western Australia.Cash balance after the float should be around 4.5 million dollars.
This looks like a good "BUY" at these levels to me and hold for this year for the portfolio.
Also this paragraph from the website and "Hidden Valley" project caught my eye..."The exploration project has been explored for multiple commodities, including diamonds, Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, PGE’s, Fe and Au, and is considered prospective for sediment hosted massive sulphide (SHMS) Pb-Zn-Ag and magmatic Cu-Ni mineralisation.from the Will research those projects more to see how much Gold, Copper"Have a nice day!
