So seems E33 paid way too much for the farms (natural disasters didn't help post acquistion, we can at least give management that) , and did it using very expensive bank debt & equity (convertible notes) as well. Combination of both is why we are at 3 cents at not 23 cents.
So to participate or not in the right issue? Hall is doing a takeover here
