Yes and if you look at the chart for september, the price around 8c was a very steep spike which obviously wasn't going to hold, and 200 day MA was mid- 6 cent range. Sophs are not interested in taking up shares at those sort of short term fluctuation levels, they are not stupid. Meanwhile the recent CR actually obtained 8c per share for the company which was a lot more than what sophs would have given in September
