What you choose to invest in Spid, is of no consequence. I did not suggest that Mike’s investment was an indication of success or failure, but purely that owning over 5% of the company as an individual, he has more than enough exposure already. To be clear, your suggestion that him not converting the principal to shares is somehow an indication of a lack of confidence, is pure fabricated rubbish.
