If Mike has already hit his exposure limit, why should any other investor by more WKT shares?
$200k isn't really a significant amount of money compared to his current investment and he is a member, he would know more about the company than any other investor.
Anyway I am glad you are starting to see there might be an "exposure" concern. Doesn't give you much confidence does it?
