So I think the complaint is, if yr an institution and you have just been told you have received a fixed allocation of say 500k shares , then if this represents 6% of your current holding then you would sell down 500k of shares immediately at say where they were at$1.05- $1.10. lock in this profit, and you still have the same amount of shares that you originally had, but a nice entry at .91c for some.
hence there is currently selling pressure down to .91c . all those institutions with their fixed allocations able to sell. Us, well we don't know our allocation for a few weeks and by that time the premium will have evaporated. yes there are positive announcements, but for now....,DYOR...
