    Yep it can be a lower price that is 2.5% discount to the 5-day VWAP. before the Offer Close Date. The other benefit is the free options exercisable at $1.365 by 31 December 2024.

    Hopefully we get some more support as the day goes on and next week. A new announcement would be welcome from the company.
