I think during a CR there is always a risk of the offering not being fully filled. If this was to happen it will have a negative impactive impact on the share price. Seeing this is a speculative stock, the market will be waiting for the confirmation that the offering has been oversubscribed and needed to be scaled back and we will be back at $1.25 in no time.
