Example, Norway has made a new thread saying only one director is taking part in the the entitlement offer, Yet only one director holds shares, this means 100% of the directors who can take part in the offer are taking part. Yet he fails to mention the other directors hold no shares and are unable to take part.





Or we could take your comments about MRC raising funds for the same purpose, yet you failed to disclose the company didn't raise the full amount in the last CR due to the previous CEO failing to take up one share, yet he prevent the underwriting of AU mining which would have secured 100% uptake.
If MVC didn't prevent the underwriting, MRC would have had $4.5mil more in cash and shareholders wouldn't be suffering double the dilution now.

You also missed MRC buying the additional 10% of the Skaland Graphite project, which wasn't budgeted for. Or the issues the company has had with processing the inland strands which as again reduced its profitability, or the break down of the equipment at Skaland and Tormin.

If you read the "Letter from the CEO to MRC shareholders" it clearly explains the situation in a easy to understand format, either you weren't interested in reading the commentary, or were unable to understand the explanation.
