What a silly comment, we all know directors don't often buy shares on market, they mainly get issued them after shareholders approve them,

You also fail to understand the CR has already raised 52% of the funds required, this is before going to the insto's or to the retail shareholders.

Although I am not happy with the company raising funds at these prices, I have seen much worse CR's recently, the one at EMC was a shocker, 100% dilution at a 75% discount to the SP only a few weeks before.

btw, Did you notice MRC is expecting to have the finished products circuit completed by the end of the March QTR 2024, this is only 5 months away.
