    As far as I have read, STX and TPD were in deal discussions for some time before finally agreeing on terms. I have also read that Colby shopped around to others including Minres and Hancock but was told nah, not interested. This is as good as it gets for TPD, so don't blame STX for your current disappointment. It was the TPD board who recommended the deal, so blame them if you're not a happy shareholder.
