5.7 of the prospectus
Directors and related entities of the company are not entitled to participate in the top up facility without shareholder approval, which is not intended to be sought.
2.4 also outlines this plus the top-up facility and shortfall is only open to eligible shareholders
The shortfall offer will be the same terms as the new shares and options
e.g I applied for additional shares from my entitlement it was an invitation within the prospectus as an eligible shareholder. I don't necessary get them it depends on the shortfall and your current holding. If Iam successful I still have to pay the .011 per share.
The entitlement offer is not underwritten
