Iam not sure how other prospectus were worded. Maybe they were underwritten. My understanding of this one is it only open to eligible shareholders and it is not underwritten so any shortfall not taken up is void. Even the directors can not take up the shortfall if there is one.
Vlad in that respect made it fair to existing shareholders. so any shortfall cant be given away.
