Nope, thats been superseded by the new agreement. we own 80% and all the costs until decision to mine.
The infrastructure you speak of has been planned and costed and announced.
They have surveyed a deep water port (if needed down the track) have multiple camp sites and airstrips available.
Preliminary environmental survey has been undertaken with little to no flora and fauna and full environmental permitting is underway.
Mary river is iron ore and a full mine, we are not even on the same island and are a copper and zinc explorer looking to get an initial DSO operation underway to fund a full scale mine - apples and oranges.
Plus we have the support of local government, including financial support.
