There we have it. I assume the prospectus is acceptable under Canadian Law however the company has not confirmed that it is.

The bottom line is that our net assets will increase by $2,324,040 (section 3.3, page 8) after fees and flowthrough cost. For this we will issue 83,333,333 shares (3.1 page 6). This equates to AUD $0.02789 per share. Our cash backing is currently $0.024 before this CR, so after all the effort of putting the prospectus together, the newbie investors are coming in just a bit above cash backing and less than market.
