    There must certainly be some bad blood between the companies for TEG to dump on the market to push SP to record lows

    TEG, of course, would have been made aware of the planned placement + CR ..

    I'm surprised TEG couldn't go through a broker to sell down their position over a several month period giving them a much better SP average
