Prospectus now closed. I wonder what sort of support they are going to get from existing shareholders? Either way, the 500M shares will be issued. If we don't take them up, then they've already said they will offer them elsewhere. They have until the 29th August to extend the rights issue, otherwise it closes on the 3rd September.
You would have to think they need to issue some type of news between now and then that is both material and substantial to the company in order to get shareholders enthused to take up their allotment. I'm hoping for either an IDSB sale announcement or recovery of a good amount of stolen funds. If it was either of these, I would definitely take up my share. Anything less than that I'll just sit by as an observer.
