All I can say is that I hope they are successful with some litigation soon, or it will bleed us dry. I don't have an exact figure for what we have spent so far, but I will hazard a guess and say close to $3M when you add the funds from the rights issue - I'm happy to be corrected if anyone has a more accurate figure.

A 33% dilution to anyone who doesn't participate in the rights issue, and almost its sole purpose is funds for litigation - 80% - with only a small amount for working capital. Based on what we are losing each quarter at the moment, there needs to be a serious turnaround in revenue streams or a sale of IDSB to give us working capital to develop what we have inhouse and/or the opportunity to buy other businesses that have the revenue streams we need.
