Hi Old Gold,
would the sale of of 50,000,000 shares to McGurry for the paltry amount of $10,000 (a virtual gift)
decide the outcome of the proposed consolidation? In other words McGurry by virtue of his shareholding has the ability to push it through and whatever we vote has no effect?
I can see you have had experience with other companies with lack of clarity and manipulation of
shareholders rights.
What can we do now ?
