Howdy access. Personally did not really like how this whole deals front end was publicly played out however do like the fact the options are for 12 months as this gives some impetus to getting this all to roll through more quickly than it may otherwise have been if oppis were left on the table for longer. Generally we can have some confidence PH will likely not flip his shares and we know with a conversion price of .008 where the floor is. willing to bet with trial results thrown in that there will be opportunity for traders over the next 12 months. This will secure at least some liquidity. Best medicine for a penny dreadful is liquidity and solid data mixed in with a good dose of well constructed comms. Not sure why but still relatively calm regards this whole turn of events. would I prefer a more positive scenario - sure but not inclined to wring my hands as things stand and yes I too currently sit significantly under water breathing through a straw..
