I have it from one of the large SH that this has not gone unnoticed by the regulators, could be that many SH made it clear to ASIC of the situation.
I would say there would be some questions to answer ,, as pointed out above why the LONG Delay between the CR announcement and the actual implementation , it was almost like the Companys throat was cut whilst standing close by with stitches and a bag of 0- ... It wreaks ,,, the entire BOD will have to answer why this stock has slipped from mid 30c to under 1c with absolutely no value inflection..... sure its high risk as many pointed out but there is High Risk well Managed and then there is High Risk Manipulated.
Haven't sold a share as the MC is only $8m from my own 20 years of investing in Biotech CHM should be valued circa $100m ,, especially when you calculate in a Complete Response... if any other Company had announced an Oncology Complete Response it would have doubled in a day,,,,, OHHHH thats right we were in Suspension,,, NZT
