Absolutely agree about not throwing good money after bad, but what is interesting, is that the $ commitments/further investment will not actually be taken unless the minimum $9m is achieved.
The merits of the company valuation at 1.2c with all the new shares issued (1.7 billion total according to the prospectus) are certainly debatable but surely there is a fair chance of CXM rescuing themselves if they do raise the minimum capital.
And if they don't get the minimum, then the $ commitment is returned.
Plenty of time to do some more assessing of the risks v upside potential but having not participated in previous CR's, I'm on the fence on this one at the moment.
Interesting despite being a complete and utter debacle.
