Yeah I was totally unaware that these deals were still active in the background, thought the last raise at 0.008 was the lowest price for CR so anything under that was good buying. I really dont think I have seen worse terms for financing, Lind get to choose the lowest days of the last month and get in 10% lower, which they can then dump on market for a profit. Now I get the declining share price for the last couple of years, these guys can just issue and dump on market for a profit any time.
I dont blame them for doing it all now, great timing and prices, but they need to stick to the terms, which they are trying to under cut from their already low price, just for perspective, they are getting 7.93% of the whole company for just $624 k, which is valueing the company at $7.86 million. Talk about being able to get in cheap.
