Let them bring a concrete commercial deal, explain the financial value and benefit of the deal for the SHs, announce ithe deal, and ask for money. Raising money at such a huge discounted rate does not show strengtf of the deal, but show their anxiety and stress of losing their job if no money put into the company by the SHs.
