So I'm thinking the upsid from this result is big.
The PFS has come in better than pluvicto and as we are an antibody not a small molecule, we will hang around and fight off the cancer for longer again therefore showing increased Overall survival.
Plus our dosing regime is only 2 doses, compared to 6 for pluvicto.
There may be a number of reasons why one would want to take 591 over pluvicto
