Had a quick read of the website atturos.com and could not find too much positive info for these guys. Spun out of the University of Dublin in 2014, made predictions of commercialisation of their only product OCProDx for early 2017 and still cant see any announcements that it is available in the market (doesn't mean that it isn't but that I could not find it checking the companies news).
They seem to present at lots of conferences in nice places like Cancun etc which is all good for the presenters but has not translated into commercial deals. Announced a "Collaboration with Merek" in April this year but no details and pretty vague though that relationship is of interest. Not sure how these guys are funded as I could only see one 50,000 euro grant in 2015.
My gut feel for the deal is that they need the Promarker IP to further develop their predictive OCProDx test. No doubt this is a useful relationship but I don't see this business as the launch for Europe as they seem too slow to market.
There is another option where Proteomics acquires their IP and provides a %age royalty for the value that their IP brings and rolls out Promarker P alongside its other diagnostics tests.
