A great and well thought out response Eqz.

With regards to your point of small caps, my investment philosphy is no different to that of larger caps. If it is a good busniness with good fundamentals, good management (and balance sheet), and the stockprice is undervalued compared to its future cash flows and Net Tangible Assets - then it is a buy (there aren't many of these companies left out these in todays overvalued market). I agree, the upside to small caps is much more than large caps (and so are the risks), but the philosphy (IMO) shouldn't change. I agree that there are more risks to small caps, hence why you should factor in a greater factor of safety in your SP buy price.

RE COVID, I accept that it has disrupted the world. I do not accept that COVID is the reason for PromarkerD flop in jurisdictions other than the US. And I don't think it should continue being used as an excuse.

RE Richard I am sure he is a smart guy, but is he a business man? So far he as shown me that he isn't. Richard needs to show shareholders how he will give them returns. He needs to show the pathway to doing so. There are many investors (like myself) who don't understand the medical commercialisation pathway. When do they studies stop, and cashflow commences?

RE the data. This is where I am most sceptical. This medical stock is one that is mostly outside my circle of competence (as Buffet would say), and this is maybe why I am attributing the Promarker flop to perhaps a floping product/data? I recall PromarkerD basing their efficacy on P values (which I understand to be common), however I have also viewed the below video which has me sceptical towards using P values to demostrate efficacy.

I guess for someone who isn't very competent in the medical field, we need "plain english" results and cash flow to convince us the product works and is scalable and profitable.
